We hope you, your family and friends are staying safe and healthy. Covid-19 has put live social and business gatherings on hold. We look forward to bringing magic entertainment back into your plans later in the year as the lockdown eases up. Going forward, plans for each event will be handled on a case-by-case basis, according to the latest government guidelines. Below, see our clients’ FAQs on the subject and get in touch if you have any other questions!
While live events are not allowed at the time of publishing (June 2020), here are some guidelines as we look forward to restrictions being eased and events hopefully resuming later in the year.
1) What if Covid-19 resurges after I book a live show?
If your event date must change due to Covid-19 health and safety concerns, you may postpone or cancel without penalty. A full refund will be made in the event of cancellation.
2) Is your show compliant with health and safety recommendations?
Norvil & Josephine is performed at a safe distance from the audience and repertoire will be chosen to ensure audience safety. The performers will wash their hands at regular intervals before and after the performance/s. All decisions will be based on current government guidelines and scientific advice.
3) How can I make my event safer?
When you provide clear information to your guests and service providers, everyone will be able to enjoy themselves while taking necessary precautions. Plan your event according to the latest government advice. Recommend safe protocol both before and during the event. Hosts should follow current government advice on room density and social distancing. Please also provide ample hand sanitiser, soap and paper towels.
